I noticed after the fact that the product won’t be shipped for four days after my order. What that means is they order it and ship it four days later. NOT COOL! They get 30percent more and give bad service on top of it. Come on AMAZON get these people off your web site!

With great anticipation of being able to use this cover if I got caught in an unexpected rain shower, I received my new cover quickly as promised. The first thing I read when opening the box was, “we highly recommend that you wait at least 10-15 minutes for your exhaust pipes to cool before covering depending upon the type of motorcycle or scooter and location of exhaust.” Well, there goes my need. I guess I could partially cover the scooter and wait, but I chose not to keep the cover. Otherwise, I would recommend the cover as it is a good one for all other purposes. The gentleman I spoke with at the company was really nice and will be happy to let me return the item. I am hoping to get back my shipping as I would have never ordered the item had I known about the time needed to wait before using the cover – regardless of the heat shield. Perhaps posting that on the listing might be a nice idea.

The cover is excellent !
Due to up front error on the order that I overlooked I received two covers but only wanted one. After reviewing the original order I discovered I had made a mistake and somehow put in an order for two. After receiveing the two orders I attempted to obtain a refund for one not needed. I found that I had to deal directly with the vendor. I could not get phone help so I faxed them requesting procedure to obtain a refund and how to return the unwanted extra cover. I NEVER heard back from them even though I gave them my address, phone, email address. Like I said the product itself is excellent!

The jury is still out, as far as product longetivity.Each of my other two covers lasted about ten months each. I spent more money for a slightly looser fitting cover. The last one was all reflective silver material and split at stress points after ten months in the sun and elements.
