POS watched Zeitgeist Utopia and wants an electric scooter for many years now i have wanted to travel at the cost of saving others and the environment and helping others save the way we live using old ideas of geothermal energy, solar and batteries, and after watching Zeitgeist movies it has really made an impact upon the way i think about the world and how a short fat ginger English bloke can make a difference in baby steps, I would like to say that I think that the Zeitgeist movie was one of the best propaganda informational tips for a better or cleaner future, my worry is i ont know if the gov information is all correct or the super power people are as evil as it says but the cleaner living concepts i do love them, I do however think that many people in this world are capable of the evil i saw as I see the video footage of the terror and mass destruction from history whether right or wrong and for whos gain for our grandchildrens future, could the video be aimed at people like me who has very little, no money or future ? the things i could do with a small amount but times have changed for us again one day my heart will be full once more continuing to help others in my little way, i just want an electric powered wheel for my bike to start to educate others that is my goal for 2011 besides providing for my family yet more over helping folk to heat and power homes undercutting the powers that be who charge mass amounts of money just to run a radio in the home never mind …
interesting video
what about an electrib bike instead of electric scooter?
@PalmOliveSoap If you want you could pm my husband and he might have some advice for you.

I spent time in Bulgaria in 1996, and people were kvetching to me about how the Lev used to be 1 for 1 to the US Dollar during the Communist era, but then, in 1996, one could get 100 Leva for one Dollar (at the beginning of the year, but inflation was such that after 6 months, I was glad I still had traveler’s checks.) I’m not sure how the situation is today, but I can’t imagine it’s particularly rosy.
Solar panels were so hokey back in 1980, but here in 2011, they’re good as gold. Who knew?
You touch on some very good ideas… Some kind of revolution is coming, but things have to get a lot worse before people are fed up enough to make their moves.
i have nothing nice to say about zeitgeist, so i will say i LOVE your intro, and it is important for people to treat each other as the golden rule specifies: treat others the way you want to be treated. Remember the good samaritan story? You are a great great guy … you have great things coming your way!! Look at your lovely wife, your beautiful gorgeous healthy baby!! There is nothing more important than that.
I watched a little of the Zeitgeist movie but I didn’t watch it all. I totally agree with you about never stomping on anybody to get where you want in life. I would hope that you can get where you want in life being a nice person. What ever happened to common sense and thinking about all your actions like buying things from small businesses and locally made stuff, public transport etc etc. People needs to look at the big picture.
Ive seen some of the Zeitgeist movies but not the most recent one. Ive lost my stomach for world politics and the way things are run and all the nastiness that goes on. I dont think it will be much longer before the wheels come off of the capitalism bus.
Planned obsolescence keeps people purchasing new stuff and that keeps the machine going.
OH NO, the jalopy is freedom. I cant imagine being without wheels.
Solar panels would help more people than anything else on the horizon. HUGS
I’ll try and watch it when I get the extra time.I’d though like to do many things to help ppl too. That is one reason I went back to school cause most of the businesses that my family and friends start fail because they don’t know about managing and accounting and such so if I am lucky I can help one of them start something and we can work for our selfs and not somebody that doesn’t care about us.I wish I could give up a car but I live 10 miles from any town I won’t walk that far.
I have known mankind long enough to know there is no Utopia…..can we make the world a better place? yes…..but no Utopia…
love ya..Lisa
Interesting what you say about the Bulgarians. A lot of older ex-communists that I met were actually quite nostalgic of the old days… problem is that you might need the car more now that you have the baby… a great vlog buddy !
This is the first time I see you smoking.
Cool intro, I like it! ^_^
when you going to stop smoking
Poor Ellie got ripped off. Did she get tips? We are going to Tampa because my brother-in-law is checking on an electric car. My husband is very interested in it too as he travels 50 miles a day to go to work. Gas is getting so expensive. My brother-in- law has started doing the solar panels and I know when we get the money my husband will do the same. Jim is looking into lighting that will save on the electric bill.
These types of Utopian promises always end up in the deaths of millions and a promise that never comes. Even if the idea is for good the odds are too high for it to be corrupted and turned for bad if it is done by a one world government. Grassroots baby steps are a much safer way.
I fixed a flat screen TV by buying 2 capacitors and replacing them myself. Of course without the internet I wouldn’t have known about the part or been able to buy it. Conspiracy theory – those pages have disappeared!
It would take some kind of revolution to get away from the big business pulling the strings. Wouldn’t it be nice if it would happen before we exhaust the world’s resources? It’s sickening to know that wars have been sold on ideals but fought for financial gain. That people have been killed so big business could make fortunes. That financial depressions caused for the same reason. All that suffering, so a privilged few can make more money.
And the majority walks around oblivious.
Thats what I pray all the time. I have got to find my niche in the world, im tired of unstable crap jobs. youre right it is a dog eat dog world! Im praying for you and your family honey, something amazing is going to happen for you all! I see you as a business owner one day! Im so sorry your wife had to work like that for nothing! I have a theory about the twin towers, too. its doesnt match most americans ideas! youre such a brilliant man! great video! thumbs up! love ya buddy! <<<3
