My 43cc Petrol scooter, Modded exhaust !!!

s83.photobucket.com My 1 year old chinese 43cc petrol scooter, starts first time, never had any problems. Upgrades: NGK Japan standard spark plug, K&N style air filter,Fuel filter, Tuned carb, Modded exhaust. Recently added 52CC Big Bore kit and 20 tooth front sprocket, goes about 35mph now. FRIKIN SCARY. Air Filter: cgi.ebay.co.uk The rope on the front is used for towing my bike when my cousin comes down.

    @andruha11234 hmm sorry, without being there and fiddling with it i really cant say, compression testers can be bought for like £40 but theres no point tbh ive seen brand new engine for these scoots on ebay for cheaper than that.

    @Rudi14 oh and as to choke on or off. it starts with the choke, then i let it run for few seconds and open the choke. It then increases the RPM a little and keep running just fine.

    @Rudi14 thanks, i did all that and that didn’t help either. I guess its garbage now. I don’t even know where to get a compression test done. Sorry for wasting your time.

    @andruha11234 does it make any difference at all if the choke is on or off?

    next thing i would do would be to change the sparkplug for a nice new one, then fill it up with some brand new petrol and remix it with some new oil at 25:1, then if im still haveing problems get a compression test done on it, anything below 100psi then chance are you need to check/change your piston, your rings and bore.

    @Rudi14 no, no mods, stock engine. I do turn the choke of once it idles and i tried adjusting the little screw all the way from tight to very loose… still dies right after i give it a little gas. I even took the whole carb apart and cleaned it and blew it with compressed air.

    @andruha11234 sounds like your air/fuel mix is wrong, are you turning the choke off once youve started it? have you done any mods etc?

    @mastax1234 im a mechanic and i maintained that scooter very well, plus it was a little bit warm at the time, but even when it was cold it would start 1st pull almost everytime.
