@americanboy64 a few thou after removing the lip; however, you’ll need to replace those stock pins with T6 pins. I had to buy them in meter rods and cut to size…

wow , talk about awesome old school tech, i got a 80 something bike mad in canada, and a yamaha 80 engine and i think its bulletproof, i dont jump curbs but the forks didnt break off of it , japanese stuff rules, its not cheap , maybe u meant chinese engine, id image chinese engines arent of the highest quality, ps i have an oldschool big exhaust on mine and its nice and quiet, i found its hard to hide the fact your riding a motobike, but its nice to be quiet, none of those kits have big exhaus

how big is the engine on it?

these kits are tinker toys but lots of people make them work.. I have 1, but it’s in need of repair with 80 miles on it.. cylinder head is loosing compression from the spark plug threads.. I have a high compression slant head on order, along with a manic mechanic/ Creative Engineering billet intake..

i used to have one. I gave it to my friend. It’s really hard to assemble it. I took me total 48hours to install it. I don’t want to recommend it though. 60~70mpg,and rear spoke got broken 2 times. Heavy clutch, troubleshooting kill switch,..It’s a great fun but something wrong with those Chinese products.

could anybody tell me what kind of bike you can use with an 80cc kit

  14. 14 crazywhiteman1488 said at 1:54 pm on October 16th, 2010:

the kits come stock with a 44t

  15. 15 crazywhiteman1488 said at 2:45 pm on October 16th, 2010:

nope look at the gears on a mountain bike same principle the larger the rear sprocket (more teeth) the slower it will go but the more torque it will have (pulling power) so the SMALLEST gear for the rear willl get you the highest top speed

i have a block with over 1500 miles on it with no problems i run it rich and have a hot plug and i have NO problems the fours i dont trust. too much to go wrong

  20. 20 smartkart said at 4:31 pm on October 16th, 2010:

No, it’s not a Japanese engine, it’s a cheapo Chinese engine. There’s a helluva difference. All the 2 stroke chinese engines are crap. The 4 strokes are ok but their gearboxes can fail on your first ride.

srry for keep asking you but, why wouldnt the 56T sprocket be the fastest then if your looking for like speed??? cus it would had speed but not alot of topend or whtever?

  22. 22 danthemanzizzle said at 5:50 pm on October 16th, 2010:

yes, it goes very fast with a 40 t

  23. 23 Gatorsrok said at 6:41 pm on October 16th, 2010:

thats wht u have on ur bike?? to go fast?

  24. 24 danthemanzizzle said at 7:26 pm on October 16th, 2010:

  25. 25 Gatorsrok said at 7:36 pm on October 16th, 2010:
